  Never received a order correctly! Yesterday forgot my fries, when I ask for sauces at order was informed I needed to tell the window, then noticed that my card was charged a dollar more that what was told when I ordered! If it wasn't for my kids I would never visit this place!!!

  I went there today ordered some food on the menu,not big deal. The iteam said 2 for $5,cool that's great, even had new iteams to choose from. Not so great when the girl says we dont offer that anymore. It says new iteams they werent there Sat so how does that work. How you gonna advertise something you dnt offer? What you wanna see how many people will order it? Then say we dnt know why its up. REALLY, you dnt know than who put it up, long john silvers or maybe taco bell, i dnt think so.

  3 times in a row I've been given the wrong drink. This may not sound like a big deal, but from the time I leave home, wait it line, get my order and return home is a minimum of 20 to 25 minutes (and I live within a mile of the restaurant) only to find I have been given the wrong drink is very frustrating. I would prefer never to have to return there rather than waste my time like that. Fortunately for McDonalds, my wife only likes their cokes.
